I have original Sparkle*Kitty and/or certain packs, how can I get just what I need?
We’ve designed the pledge tiers to be flexible for a variety of SparkleKitty fans, and situations. You can swap the SK Nights box for the original and vise versa. This means you could back FAMILYNIGHT to get the limited Adventure Pack, but turn that original box into SPARKLEKITTY NIGHTS. If you have Adventure pack, you can still make a family combo by picking SINGLESNIGHT and adding safe pack, quantum and/or blank pack add-ons. You can make your own combo this way.
All of the details will be handled post Kickstarter, with the survey and pledge manager run by Backerkit.

Is this the last time to get Adventure Pack?
There are limited quantities of this 2018 International Tabletop Day exclusive pack, and we are fortunate to be able to offer it here, to any backer that selects FAMILYNIGHT or DOUBLE DOUBLEKITTY (either during Kickstarter or in the Backerkit survey to follow). It’s not available for straight add-on due to the limited amount, and it will not be offered again. Princess Cutlass and Princess Raptor are very special and while we may see them again someday, it won’t be in this cool Adventurous pack of cards.

What if I just want to get the family-friendly content?
While SPARKLEKITTY NIGHTS is designed to be innuendo and not explicit content, we hear you and have your family fun covered! Of course, we have original SPARKLEKITTY (ages 6+) that is all SPRINKLES, PANDAS and RAINBOWS. Added to that we have 2 expansions - Adventure Pack (2 new princesses, adventure words) and Quantum Pack (2 new princesses, scientific words). We also have made Safe Words truly safe. It does include a Werewolf and Vampire fallen knight characters, but all the words are food, the wild is “Team” and the dark magic cards, “Thirsty” and “Hungry” are ok for all. Last but not least, the Blank Words pack includes an entire set of blank words, characters and special cards, and is fun for the whole family as well. We hope you enjoy Sparkle*Kitty for family game night!

How do I make this naughtier?
Hey, what you do with these cards in your own home is up to you! (wink). We have heard many requests for explicit cards, and while we think that innuendo play is wayyy funnier from our testing, we are not here to put a stop to anyone’s darkest fantasies. If you want more than the dark F***IN card (now in every pack of Nights!), the Blank Words Pack is your dirty little friend. That pack includes not only blank words but also blank special cards, so you can make this game as naughty as you can imagine. Enjoy your party!

Who did the amazing art and where do I find them?
We are proud of our art team and excited to feature strong female role models in illustration on these games. Our original game, SPARKLEKITTY features princess characters from Leah Artwick and Leah joins a cast of illustrators for SPARKLEKITTY NIGHTS - namely Manda Schank, Katie Hamill (Elentori), Sara Kipin, Sandara Tang and Leesha Hannigan. Can I adjust my pledge after? Can I change my shipping address?
Yes and Yes! After the Kickstarter ends, all of the pledges will be handled by our friends at Backerkit and a survey will go out asking for address and final pledge clarifications. You can upgrade and add on to your pledge at this time. We’ll communicate when it’s time to finalize all add-ons.
As for address changes, this is even more flexible. We are using a third party shipment company and they do not need the final locked address until near the time of shipping, so Backerkit allows for address changes along the way.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
