Sparkle*Kitty Nights is a perfectly clean game for the dirtiest minds. A social card game for 4-8 players. Play as a knight (naughty or nice) trapped in a tower, casting whatever spells you find in the tower to open the magical keyhole and free you and your team.

We're so close to GAME KNIGHT!! The boats are en route, and then it's packing up all the copies of Sparkle*Kitty, Sparkle*Kitty Nights, Safe Words Pack, Quantum Pack, Adventure Pack, Blank Pack, Team Tokens and Princess Promos to send to all!
FRIDAY, MARCH 1 - Deadline to lock addresses, change orders
As we wrap up, please make sure your latest address is correct on backerkit. We need to finalize our lists and double DOUBLE check them, so we need to lock these down by March 1. Some games have reached shore, and the rest are coming. The last piece of the puzzle is the team token packs, which look fantastic (proof approved). They'll be air shipping to join the rest of the goodies and then it's shipment time in March.

Happy New Year from Sparkle*Kitty land!
We hope you're well and excited to play some games soon. Finally, we have word on Sparkle*Kitty Nights and related expansion box goodness! We have pictures and video too!
QUICK SUMMARY: Everything looks great! The foil cards and tarot cards are AMAZING! Everything is in production, one item (the token packs) had to get fixes, and delivery is now expected in March, around PAX East where it will officially be released. Shipping addresses will lockdown by end of January.
These photos are (with the exception of Sparkle*Kitty main box and Adventure Pack which are already produced) the pre-press single copies before mass production began. They look great!

Ok, so what about those Team Token packs? These are the reason for the extra delay, but they are in fact on track now. Below is a photo of the tokens: They look great, they feel great. They had 2 issues, now being resolved.
The fronts are getting a white border to keep the identity part easier to hide when face down. The packaging also came out too big at first. Unfortunately, this pushed us past Chinese New Year where our plant will shut down, and we have to ship everything together. We are however spending additional money to expedite the tokens and have everything begin shipping in March.

Hello fellow Knights of the Sparkle Table!
We have missed you! The summer and fall have been full of conventions and things and meanwhile we are waiting eagerly for Sparkle*Kitty Knights and all our new expansions!
-- Ok, so aren't you done yet? Fair.
Well, we've had files done and in the queue to print for a long time. As it turns out August is the time all the Chinese plants make all the holiday stuffs. The good news is, we totally accounted for this in our timeline, and are still on track for delivery date in Feb. We are almost next in production, and then we'll have fun pictures of a pre-press copy to share, foil cards, tarot sized and all!
STORE AND CONVENTION UPDATE
Sparkle*Kitty is doing well in stores, especially since putting the bigger box in more big box stores this summer. The base game can now be found at Walmart, Barnes & Noble and Target. Of course, it's not as cool as the copy you're getting, packed with bonus princesses, expansions, safe words, not-so-safe words and most of all - LOVE! So much fun is coming! We love that moar sparkle is getting out there everywhere.
Sparkle*Kitty continues to sell out at conventions too! Both Gen Con and Pax West went well. Sparkle*Kitty at Gen Con was not only demo'd by us, but by fans as well, and every hour of the day had games going! A few early demos of Nights made it to the table as well, and the game was adored.
We're going to Germany NEXT WEEK. Sparkle*Kitty returns to the biggest game convention in the world, the International Spieltage! If you're there, you have to say hello at booth 4D102!
SHADOW*KITTY
A dark wind is blowing through the Breaking Games office and making us feel positively spooky. It seems like something wicked this way comes~

We are working on a version of the game with witches and familiars, that will work with any other SK universe game, ala the mix and match cards. It's a bunch of fun and there are powers and animal noises for lots of laughs.

Just checking in to say that the SURVEYis coming up soon. We're hoping to send it out this week, so keep an eye on your inboxes. We'll look to get surveys answered in July, and get files/print quantities locked in for mid-July.
JUNE - TESTING, GRAPHIC DESIGN
We've been busy in the month of June, working on the press ready files for Sparkle*Kitty Nights. I should say that Manny has been the the most busy! He's been creating card files for Sparkle*Kitty Nights (hundreds of card files including an amazing 18 characters!), as well as the graphic design of the cards and rules in every expansion. We've been perfecting rules for vampire and werewolf modes. These team variants add a lot of flavor to the safe words pack!

Last year at Gen Con, our early release copies of Sparkle*Kitty sold out in minutes at this show, and this year, while our main focus is on new releases, Rise of Tribes and Expancity, we do have Sparkle*Kitty and Sparkle*Kitty Nights Demos - with the designer, Manny Vega!
